I woke up this morning on my day off to a winter wonderland. While I am ready for spring, the snow is not causing me any distress today. It’s my day off and I simply sank into the muffled silence of the world this morning. The earth still gives beneath my feet and I trust that those ice-encased buds will burst forth in their time.
Photography has given me so much, a sense of the presence of God, a rediscovered love of the outdoors, the desire to become more fit so that I can explore more of our world and perhaps most of all, the gift of now.
